our honey

We personally take care of all our hives, starting with the formation of new ones, from nuclei of six squares that we take from hives selected for their strength,  the fertility of their queen and their abundance of brood and honey.

 

We taste each hive at the moment when the honey is in its optimal state of maturation.

 

The extraction and packaging is done manually, with the maximum hygiene controls.

 

We keep honey at a controlled temperature to prevent its enzymes from denaturing.

 

We have designed our extraction and packaging plant so that we do not need to use pumps for transfer. We do it by gravity, to prevent the natural sugar crystals from losing their structure.

Our activity is oriented to to obtain honey of the highest quality, without altering the excellent product that the bees prepare.

 

For this, we only have the hives to which we can devote all our attention.

 

Our production is therefore necessarily limited.

 

Quantity is not our goal. Maintain the highest quality, yes.
